The HR Analytics Specialist II is responsible for human resources data management, reporting, and analysis activities. Key responsibilities: • Compile HR reporting and analytics deliverables, assist team with the creation and maintenance of standardized reports, ad hoc queries, analytics presentations, dashboards, and data models. • Assist team with creating data visualizations to effectively tell the story behind large, complex data sets, reports, and dashboards. • Assist team with root cause identification of data integrity and quality related issues and help identify solutions to reduce and eliminate recurrence. • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS). • Partner with HR stakeholders to understand requirements for report requests, understand data structures, availability, and reporting limitations. • Assist team with analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to all areas of human resources. Must Have: • Bachelor's Degree • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas: report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS (or similar system experience). • Working or hands on experience of PeopleSoft, Knowledge of MS Excel, and analytics tools (eg. Tableau, R, Python). • Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business • United States Citizenship Nice to have qualifications: • Experience with HCM systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (or similar systems) • Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
