Growth Marketing – Data Associate, Kraken is looking for a motivated Growth Marketing Manager – Data Associate to refine and evolve the Growth Marketing team’s measurement and reporting infrastructure. The candidate will work alongside the Paid Growth and Organic Growth teams to drive development, automate, and iterate on reporting processes in Growth. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience establishing, expanding and refining marketing measurement infrastructures as well as visualizations, from initial event collection to bottom-funnel metrics. This role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced and feedback-driven environment to solve complex business problems where you will be given the opportunity to add value from day one. Responsibilities Expand data availability and customized reporting for stakeholders across Growth Marketing Work with stakeholders across Growth to analyze performance data and identify additional growth opportunities for their respective channels Identify opportunities to better utilize existing measurement tools Assist in establishing a robust conversion testing process for all known funnels Develop and execute a strategy for maintaining data availability in an evolving mobile measurement landscape Requirements 3+ years of experience (agency or client) coordinating and maintaining marketing measurement infrastructures Mastery of various marketing measurement and attribution tools, including: Branch, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, creative, and best practices Exceptional presentation and narrative compression skills Must be adaptable and handle risk and uncertainty effectively No Crypto experience necessary Nice-to-haves Experience with multiple product and marketing measurement tools Experience with multiple Mobile Measurement Platforms Experience with server side measurement We’re powered by people from around the world with their own unique and diverse experiences.
