Job title: Fleet Administrator Company: Atlas Toyota Material Handling, LLC Job description: Description: Are you looking for a career at a stable company? Do you have customer service experience? Check out what we can do for you! We are currently a hiring full-time Fleet Administrator. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing Toyota Fleet and third-party accounts for the service and rental departments. Atlas First Access, part of the Atlas Companies, is an authorized Toyota Forklift Dealer committed to providing quality service, premium equipment, and innovative solutions for companies of all sizes. Your New Role: • Responsible for maintaining and managing Toyota Fleet accounts with the Service Department by uploading or responding to invoices, maintenance, and equipment loading. • Will work with the service department team, PM coordinators, and dispatchers to properly meet the needs and documents required for Toyota and Atlas Fleet accounts. • Maintain and manage the fleet billing accounts for 3rd party reporting vendors. • Responsible for the billing and reviewing of all service and rental invoicing on any 3rd party management websites and assist in resolving any disputes on invoice adjustments to ensure prompt payment from customers. • Ensure invoice requirements are met to avoid payment discrepancies. • Work with the service, parts, rental, and fleet managers to discuss any customer special requirements, including pricing requirements and discounts. • Resolve customer disputes efficiently. • Assist in operating the Service Department in an efficient and profitable manner. • Maintain communication between customers, management, and sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction. • Other duties as assigned.
