At Workwarp, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way we interact with our visitors, and we're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Visitor Experience and Communication Strategy team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our visitor experience and developing innovative communication strategies that drive engagement and loyalty. • *About the Role:** As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our visitor communication strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business results. You'll be the voice of the visitor, ensuring that their needs are met and that our communication efforts are aligned with our business objectives. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Develop and execute a comprehensive visitor communication strategy that drives engagement and loyalty • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, stores, and inventory management, to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to visitor communication • Lead the development and execution of visitor correspondence across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and pop-up messages • Work with key partners to set the vision, strategy, and related roadmap for the development of the Visitor Experience and Communication Strategy at Target • Drive your product through collaboration with teams of architects and UX designers: Visitor Experience and Communication Strategy, separately • Lead and influence cross-functionally with partners in capabilities like business, operations, and technology across partner groups • Bring your experience working with design and UX teams and your critical thinking and interpersonal skills across teams in multiple geographies to the table to drive the right set of results • *Essential Qualifications:** • 3-year higher education or equivalent experience • 3+ years of product management experience in E-commerce, Marketing, or Online Business, working in distributed team models across geographies (front-end client experience ideal) • Related knowledge and skills in visitor communication platforms, tools, and related technologies • Experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) is a plus • Proven track record of success in creating and executing communication procedures that drive visitor engagement and growth • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, defining, and tracking key performance metrics, writing and pitching business cases • Effective communication and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead a team of work with cross-functional partners, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in a fast-paced environment (e.g., customer stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas) • Ability to lead a team of work with cross-functional partners • Demonstrated success in a highly dynamic, sometimes ambiguous work environment • Innovative thinker with a growth mindset • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a visitor-driven mindset • *Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams • Familiarity with cloud-based communication platforms and tools • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) • Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences • *What We Offer:** • Competitive salary • Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Collaborative and inclusive company culture • Professional development and growth opportunities • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) matching program • Paid time off and holidays • *How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and results-driven product management professional with a passion for driving visitor experience and communication strategy development, we want to hear from you!
