About the Role As our Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing data-driven strategies that drive customer acquisition and member retention. You'll lead our marketing insights team, overseeing the development of our marketing data strategy, audience strategies, and analytics roadmap. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, technical proficiency, and strategic acumen. Key Responsibilities • Lead marketing data and analytics strategy, pioneering a multi-touch attribution model to optimize marketing effectiveness • Manage, mentor, and coach marketing analysts to deliver actionable insights that drive customer acquisition and member retention • Drive project and thought leadership, partnering with enterprise analytics on shared analytics roadmap and leading cross-functional embedded analytics team members • Manage analytics agency relationships and partner with finance for sales and expense budgeting and forecasting • Support and serve business stakeholders, leading self-serve marketing analytics training and enablement • Ensure marketing data integrity, tracking accuracy, and align definitions across business lines • Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
