We focus on customer net retention, up-sell/cross-sell, and product utilization initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Core Marketing, we need a data-driven and strategic leader who is passionate about delivering excellent customer communications throughout the customer lifecycle. What you'll do: • Set goals, benchmarks, and KPIs for lifecycle marketing programs. Analyze program performance data and provide recommendations for improvement. • Develop and implement personalized, data-driven omnichannel customer journeys for effective customer communication. • Create plans to increase product penetration through automated, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns. • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and increased product utilization through effective omnichannel communication. • Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to improve marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and conversions. • Create a robust communication and enablement plan, including personalized messaging based on use cases, personas, and accounts. • Provide leadership and stakeholders with reports quantifying the results of lifecycle initiatives and justifying investments. • Collaborate with customer success and customer experience teams to identify opportunities and develop behavioral triggers across the customer lifecycle. • Work with product marketing and product teams to create and maintain lifecycle marketing campaigns for new feature releases. • Collaborate with content and creative marketing teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences through personalized marketing communications. • Partner with marketing operations to drive automation and operational excellence. What you'll bring: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. • 10+ years of marketing experience for B2B software companies. • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing in a B2B technology company, with a focus on increasing customer lifetime value and longevity. • Proven track record of owning lifecycle marketing KPIs and delivering data-driven results. • Hands-on experience in developing and launching usage-triggered campaigns. • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders. • Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and execute effectively. • Experience and proficiency in A/B testing and data analysis. • Passion for creating an exceptional customer experience.
