The Digital Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in orchestrating digital campaigns, assessing brand needs, and delivering insightful reports. Responsibilities • Design and launch digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with brand objectives. • Collaborate closely with the demand development team to refine and optimize campaign strategies based on performance metrics. • Coordinate with Creative and agency teams to develop compelling advertising materials that resonate with target audiences. • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of various advertising campaigns such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. • Maintain and update the Digital Marketing calendar concerning promotions, marketing launches, key placements across various channels. • Assess digital advertising needs for each brand and implement strategies in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Managers. • Ensure seamless routing of lead submission data and establish data connections with third-party vendors. • Collaborate with the demand generation team to evaluate lead quality and adjust advertising strategies. • Conduct as-needed SEO keyword research and monitor search engine rankings to provide actionable insights. • Report on individual brand's ad campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, highlighting opportunities to boost lead generation. • Stay updated with industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. • Proficient in using Google Analytics with 3+ years of hands-on experience. • 2+ years of experience placing ads on major digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. • Availability during Eastern Standard Time hours (9am-5pm). Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Asana. • Familiarity with Technical SEO, including site structure optimization, crawling, indexing, and understanding of the technical elements that can affect search visibility. • Experience with dashboarding solutions like Looker or Microsoft BI.
