Key Responsibilities • Receiving and Managing Bid Requests: Handle incoming bid requests from customers via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet customer needs. • Managing the Bid Calendar: Maintain and organize the bid calendar to track deadlines, ensuring all bids are submitted on time and no opportunities are missed. • Coordinating Out of Territory Quotes: Work collaboratively with outside offices to coordinate and manage quotes for out-of-territory requests, ensuring a cohesive and efficient process. • Booking Purchase Orders: Process and book purchase orders received from customers efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in our sales operations. • Sending Quotes: Ensure all customer quotes are sent out promptly on bid day, maintaining our commitment to customer service and responsiveness. • Customer Support: Answer customer phone calls and provide excellent customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships. • Safety and Compliance: Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times, reflecting our core value of safety.
