About the Role The Corporate Quality System Specialist is a pivotal position that requires a strong and diverse skillset to lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our eQMS. You'll work closely with corporate and site quality teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure the system operates effectively and efficiently for all users. As a subject matter expert, you'll be responsible for driving process improvements, managing software licenses, developing training programs, and troubleshooting issues. Key Responsibilities • Customize workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring seamless integration with other business software platforms. • Achieve greater than 95% utilization of the eQMS system, driving user adoption and minimizing downtime. • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for new and existing users, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively utilize the system. • Resolve troubleshooting tickets within 48 hours, minimizing disruptions and ensuring timely issue resolution. • Maintain eQMS compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices, to ensure a robust quality management system. • Collaborate with IT and Data Management teams to identify opportunities for integration and process optimization, streamlining data collection, reporting, and quality system processes. • Manage and maintain additional modules/workflows to support GTI's quality system, driving continuous improvement and process enhancements. • Monitor document creation and revision, ensuring users comply with internal document control procedures, templates, and version control. • Establish and maintain reports and dashboards from the eQMS system, providing insights and data-driven decision-making. • Provide daily support to eQMS users, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimizing disruptions. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: • A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related discipline. • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance function for a regulated industry, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and compliance requirements. • 1-2 years of experience managing or working within an eQMS system, such as C15, Veeva, or Trackwise. • Demonstrated experience with software development or customization, with a strong understanding of technical principles and process optimization. • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. • Exceptional attention to detail, with a high level of accountability and technical expertise in a manufacturing environment. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: • Knowledge of cGMP and quality management systems, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules, and regulations, with a passion for furthering their understanding and knowledge of the industry and laws. • Experience working in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
