This means that you are not required to report to an office each day, but rather work remotely from the location(s) of your choice. However, ideal candidates for this role must still be within a 60 minute drive to the Lehigh Valley, PA, area since we do have team days and other in-person events on a regular basis. Compensation This position pays $45,000-$52,000 based on your experience level and expertise. About the Role As a Client Success Manager for our insurance division (Agency Revolution), you'll play a key role in managing and strengthening our enterprise and major accounts relationships. This is a multi-faceted position that includes bringing together the resources to implement our suite of solutions, resolving issues, training users on how to use our products, and identifying growth opportunities within the book of business. You'll report to the Sr. Manager of Professional Services, but work closely with sales, marketing, product, and client experience teams to support insurance enterprise and major accounts. If you are a proactive person who loves technology and thrives on solving problems, managing priorities, and collaboration, this may be the role for you. Primary Responsibilities & Expectations • Interact with enterprise and major accounts clients to provide product and service information about our website and marketing software. • Serve as the direct-point-of-contact for assigned clients with a focus on proactively building and maintaining strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. • Resolve client escalations or product and service issues with high independence, but collaborative team effort. • Become an insurance product champion and use this knowledge to effectively drive product adoption and engagement. • Facilitate web meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss strategy, identify and resolve challenges, and provide suggestions to ensure expectations are being met and exceeded. • Capture detailed notes, schedule appropriate follow ups, and coordinate internal resources to ensure client work meets our standard of quality and is delivered on time. • Build loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals. • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions • Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor • An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps) Skills and Qualifications • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Marketing agency and/or experience working with clients. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace. • Self-motivated and able to function both independently and within a team structure. • Ability to manage expectations, set schedules, and ensure deliverables are on track as agreed to. • Comfortable brainstorming and offering creative solutions to challenges big and small. • Quick on your feet and able to field questions and challenges as they happen. • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills. • Ability to learn our process and systems with an open mind. • This position will train in-person for about a week from 9am-5pm in Bethlehem, PA. The position itself will be remote after that with occasional meetings in Bethlehem, PA.
