About the Role: Our diverse recruiting team is looking to add a proactive and motivated individual who will identify and place clinicians in temporary staffing assignments. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in per diem staffing and recruiting. Who You Are: We’d love to speak with you if… • You currently live in Central or Eastern Time in the United States (required: due to hours of operation, we are only considering applicants in these areas) • You have 1-2 years of healthcare recruiting/staffing experience • You’re skilled in healthcare recruiting, recruiting for temporary or short-term placements, clinician sourcing, and cold calling • You have a go-getter attitude and are ready for a fast-paced work environment What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to bring on high-quality clinicians and place them in staffing assignments • Promote CSU’s services and yourself to potential clinicians • Manage the hiring process for clinicians through sourcing, interviewing, offering and negotiating, credentialing, and onboarding • Utilize sourcing methods such as cold-calling, applicant tracking system, referrals, and searching job boards and resume databases • Present qualified clinicians to clients while maintaining positive relationships • Provide unparalleled customer service and supervision to clinicians to ensure all assignments are running smoothly • 0% travel required • Requests can be made for a full list of job activities, physical demands, and work environment.
