You will partner with cross-disciplinary teams to develop creative and attention-grabbing content strategies, including the development of audience personas, customer journeys, distribution plans, editorial calendars, multi-media content, ways to increase brand awareness, and identify gaps and opportunities. You should also be able to analyze user engagement metrics to adjust and optimize. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Develop and manage content strategy and roadmaps in support of department objectives and key results • Work with cross functional leads to determine content gaps and recommend topic ideas based on key business and user insights • Partner with the internal and external teams to develop content journeys and oversee execution of high-quality content that improves conversion rates • Apply a holistic approach to integrated marketing campaign strategies to ensure a unified experience for target audiences across all stages of the journey • Recommend different content types appropriate to associated channels to reach multiple personas “where they live” • Work closely with demand generation on developing a measurable and results-driven content distribution strategy including social /channel distribution • Work with regional content marketers and leaders to execute an efficient localization strategy • Develop and oversee a “test-and-learn” plan to drive growth through new channels and formats • Apply strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for content that advances business objectives • Measure, analyze, and report on content performance - inclusive of audits of existing content performance to refresh and adjust for emerging priorities • Develop and implement standards, systems, best practices, and templates for content, and continually raise the bar for the company's editorial standards, specifically optimizing for search • Grow and lead a team of in-house content marketers/editors and freelance writers - working closely with graphic designers and social media team - creating compelling, differentiated content presentation, placement and effectiveness • Evaluate existing content marketing tools and technology and identify potential for future upgrades WHO YOU ARE You're a positive, sleeves-rolled-up individual who thrives on navigating the rapidly evolving tech space.
