Brand Ambassador - Bloom - USA - work from home job Company: Bloom Job description: Brand Specialists are expected to be Bloom product and process experts who assist our sales teams by building relationships with retailers and customers. Brand Specialists are outgoing, well-spoken professionals with a knack for catching and maintaining details. A passion for brand aesthetics and product education is important as that will be an important part of this role. An understanding of cannabis, the industry, and previous experience is required for this role. Brand Specialists must have a passion for brand aesthetics and product education. This position is part-time, with an expected 20-25 hours per week. 4-6 hours will be spent in the office at home, and the remaining hours will be spent in the field working with retailers. Brand Specialists are given assigned territories with both existing and prospective retailers. This role will also be asked to represent Bloom at local events outside regular hours The Brand Specialist's main goal will be to grow business within their region via relationships with retailers and understanding the consumer landscape. There will be an opportunity for this position to become full-time based on performance. Responsibilities Maintain Merchandising & Brand Appearance Budtender & Customer Education Weekly Inventory Checks (Digital & In Person) Assist with Sales Operations Install In-Store Displays Budtender Gifting Maintain Marketing Inventory Provide Swag to customers and budtenders Attend retail-partner events Coordinate Retail Takeovers Assist with Retail Co-Marketing Partnerships (i.e. - paid digital campaigns) Support Regional Sales teams as needed.
