Role An ACD Team at B-Reel is conceptually savvy and creatively driven, with a passion for making work that becomes part of contemporary pop culture. You are an excellent storyteller and feel confident about presenting and articulating your ideas succinctly and compellingly. You want to be part of a carefully curated creative studio that strives to define the way brands and their audiences come together in the future. You'll be joining our growing team of creatives, designers, strategists and technologists who you'll collaborate with to generate interesting new ideas and concepts. Responsibilities • Your day-to-day will vary from developing conceptual ad campaigns to focusing on less traditional ideas for our brand partners. You will create across all mediums, channels, shapes and forms. We don't believe in one right answer. • You will report to our Creative Director and Executive Creative Director, but we pride ourselves with being a flat organization without hierarchies and layers. • As a ACD team we also expect you to be great peers to the junior creatives on the team as we thrive to foster a tight, inclusive and open-minded creative culture. Requirements • 6+ years' experience working at a creative agency, or similar environment. • Solution-oriented, driven and enjoy the challenge of pushing work forward. Curious about finding new and innovative solutions. Can work autonomously but also collaborate across teams. • Background in creating campaigns, initiatives and experiences from discovery through deployment and understand how to concept and produce campaigns across a range of client categories and mediums. • Understanding of current culture and trends, and an interest in emerging technologies. • Confidently present and sell your work to clients. • Be a creative influence on our culture and enthusiastic to become a crucial part of the team and help grow it.
