For more information, please visit www.vml.com, and follow along on Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.VML is in search of a PROGRAM MANAGER – INTEGRATED CAMPAIGNS What you’ll do: Lead and manage paid media campaign projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Account, Project Management, Creative, CRM, Media, AdOps, Analytics) within the agency to optimize and coordinate advertising campaign strategies and potentially regional offers across Paid Digital, Site, Social, Print / Traditional, and Email. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks and sprints. Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines. Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and meet quality standards. Implement project management best practices and optimize workflows. Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, providing regular updates, reporting on project status, and managing expectations. Lead project meetings and presentations. Potentially lead junior team members, providing support and fostering a collaborative team environment. What you’ll need: 5-7 years of experience in project management: Demonstrated experience leading and managing advertising campaigns across various channels (Paid Digital, Site, Social, Email). Experience with traditional advertising is paramount. Proven track record of successful campaign execution: Provide examples of successfully launched and managed campaigns, highlighting key achievements and metrics. Process Proficiencies: Strong familiarity with project planning, creative development, execution, routing, trafficking, and delivery. Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance. Client management experience: Experience maintaining strong client relationships and managing client expectations. Agency experience (required): Experience working within an agency environment and collaborating with various internal teams (Media, CRM , Creative, Account, AdOps, Analytics).
