Minimum 5 years project management experience, strong Wealth Management background, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and a blend of project management and business analysis experience.

Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product/Project Manager with a strong background in Wealth Management products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex projects involving digital transformation, regulatory compliance, product enhancements, and technology implementations across wealth and investment domains. Summary 1) Retail Wealth industry experience is required/critical -- particularly across things like Distribution enablement, Product, Business Unit operations/compliance, Sales Enablement. 2) Some Org Design experience would be a plus -- the business needs to clearly layout their structure, key functions/staffing, etc. as well 3) There may be meetings in NYC and perhaps CT, but onsite is not required; travel may be needed 4) More aligned to business strategy and execution and less about Technology implementation. Product/Project/Program Manager - Wealth Advisory As a Project Manager in the US Wealth Management team, you will engage in diverse projects and support key business transformation initiatives. You will manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, exploring new ventures, business process enhancements, configuration updates, and system modifications. By collaborating closely with Business, Operations, and Technology teams, you will ensure successful project deliverables. Your main responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing project requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis. Job Responsibilities • Gather and analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications • Understand user experience to aid support in defect troubleshooting • Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects • Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement • Assist with change management as new features are delivered through systematic integrations Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role • Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution • Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic and ever-evolving environments • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused, with the ability to work independently • Proven ability to positively influence change and foster a supportive change management environment • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoin • Strong background in Wealth Management • Excellent communication skills are a must • A mix of 70% Project Management and 30% Business Analysis experience would be ideal
