About This Opportunity: As the VP of Product – Member Experience, you will lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of all products and solutions that improve and enhance the Member Experience. You’ll guide a cross-functional team focused on innovation, product-market fit, and continuous value delivery for patients, providers, and payers. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to scale our healthcare products in alignment with company goals and market needs. Things You’ll Do Here: • Define and execute the long-term product strategy aligned with company goals and emerging healthcare industry trends • Lead, mentor, and develop the product management organization across the Member Experience product family • Drive innovation that enhances differentiation, operational efficiency, and member/patient engagement • Oversee the full product lifecycle, including market analysis, business case development, roadmap prioritization, launch, and post-market optimization • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, CMS, interoperability standards) • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to validate product investments, commercial viability, and value • Partner with health systems, payers, providers, and patient-facing stakeholders to understand evolving needs and new opportunities • Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform product decisions • Partner closely with engineering, UI/UX, and operations to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions • Work with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure strong go-to-market execution and adoption • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and ROI analyses • Manage product P&L performance and optimize resource allocation • Perform other duties as assigned Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties. What You’ll Bring to the Team: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or a combination of education and experience • 12+ years of product management experience • 5+ years of recent senior product leadership • Proven experience leading healthcare technology or digital health products (EHRs, telehealth, analytics, population health, revenue cycle) • Deep understanding of provider, payer, and patient workflows; regulatory frameworks; and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.) • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership capabilities A plus if you have: • MBA or advanced healthcare degree Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment! • Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions • Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go! • Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software • Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA Why You'll Love Working Here Valenz is proud to be recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
