Description The Growth & Data Analytics Strategist supports credit unions in the development and execution of evidence-based strategies that lead to growth. This full-time position is primarily work from home, however, the candidate will occasionally need to attend mandatory meetings, required training or cultural events in person. Therefore, the individual must be based within a reasonable commuting distance to a Vizo Financial campus office: Middletown, PA Pittsburgh, PA Greensboro, NC Columbia, SC Requirements The Position: This individual will help credit union leaders identify, prioritize, and activate growth opportunities uncovered within their data, accelerating value realization and driving measurable member and balance-sheet growth. This is a hybrid role combining analytics fluency, growth strategy, and practical execution, designed for a proven financial services leader who can influence, coach, and, when necessary, roll up their sleeves. This position is expected to begin as an individual contributor and may evolve into a broader growth advisory function as adoption and demand scale. The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of credit union member behaviors and preferences, understanding of the data analytics that inform credit union retail and marketing strategies, and experience leveraging traditional marketing channels to develop deep personalization within the member relationship. Primary responsibilities include: Analytics-Driven Growth Strategy - Partner with credit union leadership teams to interpret data insights and identify high-impact growth opportunities across member acquisition, engagement, lending, and retention. Translate complex data outputs into clear, prioritized growth strategies tailored to each institution’s size, capabilities, and market conditions. Help credit unions strengthen their overall data-driven posture, including decision discipline, measurement, and performance tracking. Advisory & Consulting Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to credit union executives and functional leaders, recommending specific, actionable growth initiatives aligned to strategic goals. Facilitate working sessions with marketing, lending, and leadership teams to move from insight to action. Guide credit unions through change management as they evolve from legacy growth approaches to more sophisticated, analytics-led models. Execution Enablement - Facilitate hands-on support where needed, including campaign design, segmentation strategy, use-case activation, and early-stage execution. Identify when additional execution capacity is required and help shape scalable approaches, including potential team expansion or partner support. Ensure early wins and measurable outcomes to accelerate engagement and long-term adoption. Seeking candidates with: Associate degree (A.A.) in marketing, business or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university; and five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Outlook, Office 365, Word, Excel), general internet knowledge, Power Point, web presentation software (WebEx, Zoom, etc.). Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of credit union compliance obligations related to marketing initiatives for federal credit unions (GLBA, CAN-SPAM, Fair Lending, etc). Excellent communication skills, including rare public speaking. Desire to play a role in extending the long heritage of credit unions by supporting their efforts to be People Helping People. Salary Range: Starting at $100k Travel requirements This position requires periodic travel to corporate events and credit union functions resulting in limited overnight stays.
