Vitro is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, fitness-savvy Gym Partnership Ambassador to represent and elevate our client’s Reign Total Body Fuel across key gyms and fitness centers in Southern California! This dynamic part-time role offers the perfect opportunity for someone deeply embedded in the fitness community—someone who thrives on building connections, sparking brand excitement, and achieving amazing results. As a Gym Partnership Ambassador, you’ll be the driving force behind Reign Total Body Fuel, securing gym sponsorships, creating meaningful connections within the community, and generating a buzz around one of the top performance energy drinks on the market. Get ready to energize the fitness scene like never before! What You’ll Do: • Secure sponsorship opportunities with gyms and fitness centers on behalf of Reign Total Body Fuel. • Identify high-visibility gyms and fitness communities in Southern California to maximize Reign Total Body Fuel’s visibility and impact with gym goers. • Build lasting relationships with gym owners, managers, and trainers to introduce and activate Reign Total Body Fuel partnerships. • Educate fitness professionals on Reign Total Body Fuel’s value and coordinate brand-integrated events. • Organize and support product and merchandising drops, cooler installs, and in-gym sampling. • Attend local fitness events and represent Reign Total Body Fuel with professionalism and energy. • Track outreach efforts and report regularly on gym partnerships and performance metrics. Who You Are: • You’re at least 18 years of age • A connector and influencer in the local fitness community. • A well-connected and influential voice within the Southern California fitness community. • Ideally experienced as a personal trainer, coach, or competitive athlete. • Outgoing, persuasive, and highly motivated to meet and exceed goals. • Passionate about performance-focused nutrition, fitness, and energy products. • Actively engaged with local gyms, studios, or fitness networks. • Confident and comfortable initiating conversations and securing partnerships independently. • Flexible with availability, including some evenings and weekends as needed. • Not currently affiliated with or working for any competing energy drink brands. • Reliable with access to personal transportation and a valid driver’s license. • Organized and consistent in reporting; proficient with Microsoft Office tools. • You have a valid driver's license and can drive a car and travel via plane/train as needed. What You’ll Get: • Part-time hourly position (up to 30 hours per week) • 6-month contract • $30.00-$40.00 per/hour (Hourly rate will be based on experience) • Monthly bonus potential of up to $500 • $200 monthly car allowance • Exclusive Reign Total Body Fuel gear • Opportunity to build your presence in the fitness industry while representing a major brand. • Note: This position does not include health or other employment benefits. Physical Requirements/Work Environment • Must be able to communicate effectively, both in providing and receiving information. • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for approximately 70-80% of the time while interacting with customers within their facilities, and occasionally ascend or descend stairs and ladders. • Must occasionally position yourself for organizing and supporting product and merchandising drops, cooler installations, and in-gym sampling. • Must be able to move or remove items weighing up to 25 pounds. • Must be able to perform tasks that involve handling, reaching, or feeling. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
