Construction Project Director/ Project Executive San Francisco, CA Our client has a long history of working in the healthcare sector building world class facilities for innovative and leading medical, life sciences, commercial and higher education industries. Project expertise includes: • New Hospitals • New Hospital Towers/Wings • Hospital Renovations including Seismic upgrading • University Healthcare Facilities • Operating Rooms • Research Centers and Laboratories • Clinics and Medical Offices • Diabetes Education Centers • Hospice • Ambulatory Surgery Centers • Imaging and Radiology Centers • Mental Health Centers • Children's Hospitals • Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Centers • Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Centers • Urgent Care • Much more.... They successfully deliver over $1B of projects annually for repeat and negotiated and design build clients. Desired Qualifications: The ideal person for this opportunity has 12 or more years of experience with a Top ENR Commercial General Contractor and has a progressive career as a commercial project manager, precon manager, project executive or executive in another capacity with significant Healthcare, Medical, Hospital related experience. They have cultivated relationships in the market with owners, developers, architects and subcontractors. The ideal person for this position has the soft skills and technical abilities to integrate into a fully operational business unit and lead an existing team and Division. They will need to immediately integrate and add value to the organization and the team. This is a growth opportunity and the ideal candidate will have the desire to grow the group, identify the right successor and then take on more visionary responsibilities corporately.
