The Strategic Implementation Manager at Vitality Group will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of client initiatives through effective project management, execution of strategic plans, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a keen understanding of client needs and the ability to translate those needs into actionable implementation strategies that enhance member engagement and drive optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead large and complex implementations defined as highly sensitive, high risk and high-profile installations as well as employer group implementations Manage cross-functional projects as they relate to strategic initiatives Mentor Implementation Managers and assist with training as necessary Support new Implementation Managers during first set of client launches Represent the Implementation Management team during inter-departmental workshops and planning sessions Collaborate with leadership on business metrics to ensure the success of projects Drive continuous improvement to the standard operating procedures within the implementation team and across the organization to ensure efficiency and quality launches Drive standardization of best practices across the implementation team and organization at large Identify and champion product enhancements that support efficiency and quality in client launches Assist the IM Leadership in fostering teamwork Other duties as assigned. Pay Range $100,000-$130,000 annual 4+ years of Project Management experience 2+ years of client relationship management in technology and/or health care environment Proven track record of excellent project management skills on complex projects delivered on time and error-free Proven ability to positively influence, negotiate and lead complicated courses of action regardless of title or authority when others are directly accountable for outcomes Proficiency in applying process acumen to process improvement projects with measurable business performance improvement outcomes Demonstrate ability to analyze possible solutions using metrics and other business data and make informed rational business decisions Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and coaching competencies Ability to understand the integration and interdependences between projects considering both the business and technical angles of each project Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook Proficiency in project documentation and tracking (MS Project/Teams, or alternative tools) Preferred: PMP Certification Experience with Health Plans Medical, Dental and Vision 401(k) with company match Company paid Life, AD&D Short and Long term disability insurance Generous PTO, Holidays and Summer Fridays 100% paid parental leave Hybrid Work, come to the office 2x/week Catered Food & Snacks Wellness Resources
