About the job Sales Director | Mid-Market Team (Employer Groups 100-4999 Eligible Employees) Positions open - Please contact Bill Hallberg via LinkedIn InMessage if interested. Key Purpose The role will be primarily concerned with creating market demand for Vitality products by utilizing well-being background and expertise, influencing product design, market positioning, collaboration with Sales Ops, supporting regional broker/consultant relationships, negotiations/contracting, building and maintaining pipeline, and the achievement of Vitality’s Core Purpose to ensure that you perform your duties in accordance with the company’s Core Values. Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to: · Sell stand-alone wellbeing programs/services to US Based employer groups with 100-4999 US/Global employees · Identify opportunities within employers for Vitality’s unique program offerings, and align with employer group’s needs and vision long-term · Build and support positive brand recognition in the region through reinforcing / developing strong broker and consultant relationships · Align and collaborate with internal departments to ensure market positioning, compelling value proposition, and ongoing competitive intelligence · Self-starter who can build and nurture a healthy pipeline thru consistent outreach & relationship building · Follow Vitality sales process; and ensure ongoing, timely updates of leads/opportunities in Salesforce · Create a "we care" atmosphere · Other duties as assigned Experience: · At least 5 + years’ experience in well-being and/or Employee Benefits Knowledge: · Current broker/consultant relationships a plus · Success working for/with brokers and consultants selling healthcare and wellness programs a plus · Wellbeing industry expertise Personal Attributes and Skills: • Positive Attitude • Resilience & persistence • Active Listener • Emotional Intelligence • Adaptable & Coachable • Confident, Competitve & Curious • Stong orginization & time management skills • Genuine person w/ Honesty, Integrity & authenticity Compensation: • Base Salary + Commission • Travel varies based on region assigned
