Requires 3-5 years multi-site HR leadership experience, preferably in home health or hospice, bachelor's degree (master's preferred), strong coaching and compliance skills, and ability to travel 50%.
The Regional Director of HR will develop and leads performance management, succession planning, talent development and serve as a business partner with responsibility for developing and sustaining engagement and retention strategies in partnership with site leadership as well ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Will be available via email and phone for any immediate HR needs at the assigned locations, whether supporting it on-site or from his/her office location. • Responsible for reviewing and investigating allegations of discrimination or retaliation to ensure that all such complaints are handled in a timely, thorough, respectful and professional manner. The RDHR will conduct reviews / audits of HR activities for locations within the defined region to ensure that all HR practices and standards (including recordkeeping) are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
