Work location: Remote As a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Donor Growth & Experience, your impact is vital. You will provide enterprise-level leadership for strategic programs designed to accelerate donor growth, deepen donor engagement, strengthen retention, and enhance the overall donor experience. As a strategic and cross-functional partner, you will work across Donor Recruitment, Strategic Growth, Marketing, Donor Care, Scheduling, Customer Experience, and Operations to develop and execute innovative programs that deliver measurable results. Success in this role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, program leadership, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization. You will lead high-impact initiatives from strategic design through implementation and continuous improvement, using market and donor insights to identify growth opportunities and develop solutions that improve donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, donation frequency, appointment conversion, and lifetime donor value. Develop program roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, success measures, and executive recommendations aligned with organizational collection goals. Analyze donor, market, recruitment, and operational performance data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and actionable solutions. Lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategic design through implementation and continuous improvement, establishing governance, milestones, resources, risks, and performance measures. Partner with senior leaders and teams across Marketing, Donor Recruitment, Donor Care, Scheduling, Strategic Growth, Customer Experience, and Operations to drive shared outcomes. Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to measure program performance and inform enterprise decision-making. Lead process improvement, innovation, technology, automation, and donor experience initiatives that improve engagement, operational effectiveness, and sustainable growth. Build stakeholder alignment and lead change-management efforts that promote accountability, adoption, and successful implementation across the organization. Develop executive presentations, recommendations, and performance updates that communicate results, risks, opportunities, and business impact. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, using data-driven insights to influence enterprise decisions and advance organizational growth priorities. Travel up to 25–35% to support enterprise initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation as needed. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Experience Five (5) to seven (7) years of professional experience in program management, strategic initiatives, growth strategy, donor recruitment, marketing, customer experience, analytics, business operations, or a related field required. Experience leading complex, cross-functional or enterprise initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders required. Experience with performance analytics, dashboards, reporting, process improvement, change management, and growth or retention programs preferred. Demonstrated experience translating organizational goals into measurable strategies, programs, and business outcomes. Experience analyzing data and performance trends to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations. Skills Strong strategic-thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into measurable outcomes. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex donor, market, operational, and performance data. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and drive results across a matrixed organization. Strong program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, governance, risk management, and execution. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, build consensus, and drive accountability without direct authority. Strong change-management, stakeholder-engagement, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver sustainable results in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote.
