VISTA Technology Services Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking Senior Financial Analysts to support a NAVSEA Ship Acquisition Program in the DMV Area. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities • Support the government Business Financial Managers (BFMs) in the PEO • Provide overall budget submission Program Objective Memorandum (POM) tracking and execution data / reports from financial databases for all GFE / CFE systems • Interface with the PEO government branch lead • Analyze Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMS) submissions and determine reasonableness and accuracy of the estimates • Execute data / reports from financial databases for GFE and CFE systems • Provide financial directions for PARMS and input to validate and challenge costs and assess the cost impact of technical issues identified in reviews • Provide database management and programming support in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) • Assist in researching and writing responses to comptroller and higher-level authority questions and inquiries • Assist in the development of briefings for presentations on issues related to GFE financial management • Assist in various financial studies including the potential for new baselines new weapons systems potential system de-scopes and industrial base issues • Assist in the development of funding execution documents to support emergent PARM funding execution requirements Basic Qualifications • Bachelors degree AND 12 years professional experience in DoD acquisition financial management OR 16 years in lieu of a degree • 5 years of ERP and Program Budget Information System (PBIS) experience • Proficient in Microsoft Excel to include use of pivot tables linked spreadsheets / workbooks equations and other methods of data sorting updating and consolidation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and program tracking tools • Active DoD Secret Clearance Desired Qualifications • Bachelors degree in engineering business administration finance english history computer science economics mathematics communications accounting education or science discipline • 15 years professional experience in DoD acquisition financial management • 12 years of ERP experience VISTA offers a competitive compensation package and a generous benefit plan which includes medical dental vision life and disability insurance tuition assistance and an employer matching 401(k) plan.
