Vista Global Solutions, LLC (VGS) is seeking a Web Content Manager to support our ongoing mission with the Uniform Service University (USUHS).What You'll Do:Primary focus of this role is to lead and manage the existing Drupal Content Management System and similar applications, ensuring it effectively delivers the organization's overall web hosting capabilities.Ensures the stability, security, and performance of existing Drupal systems through expert lifecycle management, leveraging PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, Apache/NGINX, Linux, and related technologies.Applies deep expertise in web technologies (including PHP, Drupal module development, JS, CSS, etc.) to deliver tailored software solutions, solve complex problems, develop novel applications, and maintain alignment with architectural standards.Achieves and maintains a rigorous security posture for all applications, ensuring adherence to DoD standards (RMF, STIGs) and safeguarding sensitive data.Partners with the CIO's office to define and potentially execute a modernization plan for web content management and hosting, including potential platform rebuilds.What You Bring:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field (required); Master’s degree (Preferred).Experience:6+ years of PHP development experience.5+ years of experience leading Drupal implementation.4+ years working with the Symfony framework.3+ years of experience working in a test-driven development environment.4+ years using git as a primary code management tool.Working knowledge of SQL, LDAP, and authentication integration technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting hard deadlines in a fast-paced work environmentCertifications:CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (required for DoD environments) (Required)ITIL Foundation or Agile/Scrum certification (a plus)LocationBethesda MD, RemotePosition RequirementsSecret Clearance (Required)Vista Global Solutions, LLC (VGS) offers a competitive benefits package to include paid holidays, paid time off including sick and vacation leave, medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short and long term disability, company paid life insurance, 401(k) with a company match and discretionary profit sharing and tuition reimbursement.VGS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
