Vista Communications Inc. is a major channel partner for the nation's leading carriers, including Comcast, Spectrum, Cox, AT&T, and Verizon. We also have a strong in-house Field Services Team that ensures seamless installations and support. We're looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This role can be remote or based in our Manassas, VA, office (preferred) Your Role: You will be a key driver of new business, focusing on multi-dwelling units (MDU), student housing, senior living, and hospitality. Your mission is to identify, qualify, and close large-scale deals by providing a full suite of technology and carrier services, including: • High-Speed Wired & Wireless Networks • Fiber, telecom, internet, and cable TV services from our carrier partners like Comcast, Verizon, AT&T, and more. • Hosted Phone Systems & Mitel Systems • SIP Trunks • DISH TV & DIRECTV • Surveillance Systems • Structural Cabling What You'll Do: • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Actively generate new leads and close sales in your assigned sectors. • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and management companies. • Conduct compelling presentations and create tailored proposals. • Attend key industry conferences and networking events. What We're Looking For: • 7+ years of sales experience in the MDU, student housing, senior living, or hospitality sectors selling Technology solutions. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Deep knowledge of telecommunications, networks, and IT services, including VoIP, Hosted PBX, and carrier services. • A highly motivated, results-oriented "hunter" mentality. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
