Job Summary: Client is seeking an experienced Corporate Project Manager to lead high-impact, non-technical projects focused on workplace design, renovation, and space transformation. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, architecture, and interior design, and who enjoys bringing complex physical spaces to life. The role will oversee multiple corporate projects, including office renovations, event spaces, specialty buildouts (such as coffee bars), and major infrastructure transformations. The most significant initiative currently underway is the conversion of an existing gym into a new trading floor, along with the development of a skywalk connecting buildings. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project management for corporate facilities and workplace design initiatives • Manage renovation and build-out projects for office spaces, event areas, and specialty environments • Serve as the primary point of coordination with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Ensure alignment with business needs, safety standards, and operational requirements • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support seamless project execution • Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion • Provide clear communication and status updates to leadership as needed Current & Representative Projects • Conversion of an on-site gym into a new trading floor • Design and construction oversight of a skywalk connecting buildings • Office renovations and reconfigurations • Oversight of corporate event spaces • Build-out of employee-focused amenities, including a coffee bar Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in corporate project management, facilities projects, or similar environments without a degree • Architecture background is ideal; candidates with an architecture degree will be considered with 5+ years of relevant experience • Proven experience managing corporate renovation or workplace design projects • Strong understanding of construction processes, interior design coordination, and vendor management • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while managing multiple stakeholders • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
