We're looking for a passionate and energetic Business Development Team Manager to lead and inspire a team of early-career BDRs. In this role, you'll coach, mentor, and drive performance across the team while ensuring we meet pipeline goals that fuel our sales engine. You'll be responsible for both the professional development of your team members and the operational excellence of our demand generation strategy. What You'll Do • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-4 BDRs through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and real-time feedback. • Drive individual and team performance to meet activity, pipeline, and revenue goals. • Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align on campaign strategy, messaging, and lead generation activities. • Monitor team metrics, forecast pipeline contribution, and report performance to senior leadership. • Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs creating a strong culture of learning, accountability, and success. • Champion career development by preparing BDRs for promotion into Account Executive or other sales roles. • Serve as a culture carrier fostering collaboration, motivation, and inclusion across the sales organization. Must Have Skills/Experience (Including any required Certifications): Preferred Skills/Experience: • 2-4+ years of experience in sales or business development, with 1+ year in a leadership or mentorship role. • Proven track record of success in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales capacity. • Passion for coaching, motivating, and developing early-career talent. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize outcomes. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and modern sales engagement tools a plus.
