Job Overview We are looking for a commission-based outreach specialist to help bring in new clients by connecting with primary care doctors and eye doctors (ophthalmologists). Our mission is to support people who are struggling with vision loss or mental health challenges. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has experience in healthcare or outreach, and is motivated by earning through performance. Your Role • Reach out to primary care doctors and eye doctors • Share information about our services using materials we provide • Build referral relationships with healthcare providers • Encourage doctors to refer patients who are losing their vision and need support or Struggling with mental health issues and need care • Track your outreach and referrals Compensation • Commission-based (biweekly): you’ll earn a percentage for every new client who signs up through your referral. • No limit to how much you can earn Ideal Candidate • Friendly and professional communicator • Comfortable contacting medical offices • Self-motivated and reliable • Experience in healthcare, outreach, or marketing is a plus We Provide • Clear information about our services and mission • Support from a small, dedicated team • Flexible, remote work on your own schedule Interested?
