Key responsibilities include: • Oversee and review fund administrator deliverables, including quarterly/annual financials, capital calls/distributions, and investor reporting packages. • Ensure accuracy of complex fund calculations by reviewing management fees, waterfalls, expense allocations, and investor capital activity. • Support investor relations by preparing quarterly reports, assisting with valuations, responding to inquiries and DDQs, and producing portfolio/fund-level analytics. • Collaborate across teams — work with legal on fund agreements, auditors on year-end audits, and the investment team on portfolio company reporting. • Contribute to technical fund operations including valuation support, validating financial models, compliance/regulatory reporting, and fund liquidity forecasting. • Drive process improvement by enhancing models, reporting systems, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy. • Partner closely with senior leadership (Head of Fund Ops, VP Finance, CFO) on fund operations and strategic initiatives.
