We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Global Logistics Manager to join our team in Wendell, NC. Lead comprehensive logistics operations spanning US and Canadian markets. You'll optimize 3PL partnerships, drive WMS implementations, manage carrier relationships, and serve as the critical bridge between business needs and logistics solutions. This role combines hands-on operational expertise with strategic planning and cross-functional leadership: Responsibilities of this role include, but are limited to: • Strategic freight planning and management across multiple locations • Regional carrier liaison and negotiation responsibilities • Direct warehouse management throughout NA region • Budget and operating expense management • Regulatory and ISO compliance requirements • Trade compliance activities • Internal process improvement collaboration Requirements 7+ years in logistics operations with strong 3PL management experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business TMS/WMS platforms and ERP systems (QAD preferred) Hands-on WMS expertise - implementation, configuration, and user training Project management and change management capabilities Professional certifications (APICS, PMP, Six Sigma) a plus Advanced Excel and BI tools experience (Tableau, Power BI) Ability to work effectively across time zones with global teams Proven carrier relationship management including contract negotiation and performance optimization Cross-border logistics knowledge (US-Canada operations preferred) Up to 20% travel across North American facilities Benefits Company sponsored benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D insurance, disability and flexible spending account (FSA) Voluntary Critical Illness & Accidental Injury Insurance Company 401(k) Plan with 4% employer match (Employee/Employer Contributions 100% vested upon hire) Paid vacation and holidays
