Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Manager to drive growth in our immigration, work visas, and global mobility services. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients in industries such as tech, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing through targeted outreach, networking, and market research. - Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract closure, using CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue. - Client Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their immigration and mobility needs to tailor customized solutions. - Partnership Development: Collaborate with relocation firms, HR consultancies, and international organizations to create mutually beneficial partnerships. - Market Analysis: Stay ahead of trends in global immigration policies, work visa regulations, and mobility challenges to inform sales strategies and product enhancements. - Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate terms to secure high-value contracts. - Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company revenue growth. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, legal, and marketing, to ensure client success and gather feedback for service improvements. Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in immigration services, global mobility, HR tech, or related fields. - Knowledge: Strong understanding of international immigration processes, work visas (e.g., H-1B, L-1, E-2), and global relocation trends. - Skills: Proven track record of closing deals with B2B clients; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in immigration law a plus. - Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and culturally sensitive with a global mindset.
