Job Description CyberSource Corporation, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Software Test Engineer (multiple openings) in Bellevue, WA to: • Design and implement test solutions across all testing phases, establish and follow quality gates and deliver high quality products driving business value working in an agile environment. • Gather, clarify and influence product requirements, design and architecture for testability, and communicate and collaborate with other groups within the organization on various aspects of testing. • Learn, lead and work on technologies for all Merchant & Acquiring Processing applications. • Work in an Agile environment and be exposed to testing environment migration, DB and infrastructure/system upgrades. • Work in Continuous Integration, Code/Test coverage and in different testing methodologies. • Work with RDMBS and NoSQL based databases. • Work across different types of projects. • Position reports to the Employer’s Bellevue, WA office and may allow for partial telecommuting. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and three years of experience in a computer-related occupation. • Experience must include: • Test planning, test scenarios creation, test data creation and executing test cases as well as preparing test data based on business scenarios and creating tools and scripts to manufacture test data. • API and UI functional, automation, performance and security testing. • RestAssured, SOAP, Cucumber, or Selenium. • Working on Java based automation framework, designing and building tools/utilities, test data management and improving overall testing effectiveness. • Writing and executing detailed test plans, test design & test cases covering feature, integration, regression, certification, system level testing as well as release validation in production. • Debugging and troubleshooting in Linux, Unix or Container based application servers (Tomcat, VertX, WebSphere, Docker, and Kubernetes environments) • Understanding complex enterprise level systems. • Software development lifecycle and processes. Additional Information Worksite: Bellevue, WA This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
