A company is looking for an Analyst, Workday HCM. Key Responsibilities Support and manage core Workday HCM modules including Absence, Benefits, and Payroll Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues while guiding end users for effective usage Collaborate with teams to implement new functionalities and maintain custom reports Required Qualifications In-depth experience with Workday HCM, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Understanding of systems, people, and processes Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams Proactive and collaborative approach to user support and problem-solving
