A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Revenue Manager (Remote). Key Responsibilities Develop and implement risk adjustment strategies and revenue management initiatives Manage auditing processes for CMS and DHS and oversee encounter data processes Collaborate with executives and leadership to enhance risk adjustment processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Care Administration, Management, or related field Five years of experience in risk adjustment or a related area Three years of experience in a management or leadership role within the healthcare industry Certifications in professional coding and risk adjustment coding from the American Academy of Professional Coders State of Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable driving record
