A company is looking for a COB & Recovery Analyst who will manage refund and recovery operations and Medicare Part D coordination of benefits. Key Responsibilities Maintain reports for tracking voluntary refunds, recoup requests, and vendor reports Act as a liaison for claim recovery issue resolution between Payment Integrity and other departments Assist in the accuracy and efficiency of COB claims and resolve claims adjudication disputes Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years combined operations / customer service experience in the health insurance industry 1-3 years of experience in COB, Claims, Refunds, and Recoveries or related work Knowledge of COB, MSP, and Medicare Part D Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency preferred
