A company is looking for a Pharmacist Clinical Refill Center. Key Responsibilities Dispense medications and interpret IV admixture orders, preparing primary IV solutions Manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations and maintain appropriate records Supervise support personnel and ensure the accuracy of all completed work Required Qualifications Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in a relevant setting
