Key Responsibilities : Provide strategic leadership and direction for the application development team Manage the development lifecycle of applications, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with company objectives Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline 20+ years of experience as a Java developer & AWS platform Proven experience with Java, JavaScript, REST, and JSON Demonstrated understanding of web and API platform technologies Proven knowledge of a broad spectrum of platforms and technologies
