A company is looking for a Vice President, People Business Partners. Key Responsibilities Design and execute enterprise-wide people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and growth Oversee Workforce Transformation, integrating AI and digital enablement into workforce strategies Manage People Relations & Compliance to ensure a fair and legally compliant teammate experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior executives in complex environments Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and change management Strong understanding of employment law and compliance governance
