A company is looking for a Vice President, Solution Services to lead solution design and business analysis for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee project leadership, management, and quality for Solution Services teams Collaborate with PMO and Technical Services to ensure successful project execution and delivery Develop and mentor a high-performing team while promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience 10-15+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or solution architecture leadership Proven success in leading solution design and business analysis teams in a SaaS environment Strong understanding of utilization, revenue, margin, and estimation disciplines Experience operating effectively in matrix organizations
