Key Responsibilities Lead and manage host partnerships to add new sites to the network Oversee the full lifecycle of site development from assignment to energization Collaborate with internal teams and monitor portfolio performance to enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction Required Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience Leadership experience in site development, real estate, or large-scale infrastructure deployment Proven track record managing multi-market strategies and complex external partnerships Experience in building and managing high-performing teams Familiarity with real estate, construction, or development processes
