Key Responsibilities Design and execute enterprise-wide people strategies to drive organizational effectiveness and growth Oversee workforce transformation initiatives, integrating AI and digital enablement Ensure compliance and foster a respectful workplace culture through effective people relations strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a People Business Partner or related role Proven ability to operate as a strategic advisor to senior executives in complex environments Deep expertise in organizational design, employee relations, and change management Strong grounding in employment law and compliance governance
