A company is looking for a Vice President, IT Risk & Governance. Key Responsibilities Lead the SOX ITGC governance program and related projects Establish and operate an enterprise-wide security risk program Develop and maintain IT & InfoSec governance program artifacts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Information Technology Minimum 10+ years of management experience in IT audit projects Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience with process improvement Relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CRISC) are a plus Strong project management experience with a results-driven mindset
