Key Responsibilities Manage task delivery queues and maintain Standard Operating Procedures Define priorities and resource allocation for vendor partners Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and process improvements Required Qualifications BA / BS in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience leading technical projects and / or teams Experience managing vendor-supported operations Strong analytical skills with experience in defining program metrics Ability to work nights as needed for critical operations
