A company is looking for a Director, Treasury & Capital Markets. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship owner for financial and bank partners, aligning on strategic goals Lead negotiations on key commercial terms and provide strategic guidance on new product initiatives Oversee Wealthsimple's Treasury investment portfolio and manage market risk exposure Required Qualifications 10+ years of Treasury and / or front office Capital Markets experience Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships with financial institutions and lead complex negotiations Deep understanding of banking and capital markets products, including deposits and hedging transactions Experience in Treasury investment portfolio management and risk management Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build products and processes from the ground up
