Key Responsibilities Propose and close contracts to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets Identify and qualify prospective clients to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of training solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 4+ years of proven sales success) 2 to 5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably within training or professional services Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative sales techniques Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce Demonstrated customer service excellence and strong self-motivation
