A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Care Extenders to implement programs and support member health and wellness Monitor and evaluate member progress, develop service plans, and coordinate community resource guides Conduct team training, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators Required Qualifications A Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with a relevant clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) Experience in leading and implementing programs with measurable outcomes Strong team leadership experience Preferred experience in Health Coaching or Medical Social Work Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or healthcare management from an accredited university
