A company is looking for a Technology Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the integration of Provisions and Worn Wear experiences onto the core e-commerce platform Own program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and execution from discovery to post-launch Facilitate program-level ceremonies and oversee post-launch stabilization to maintain program performance Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in technology project, program, and / or portfolio management Expertise in program and project management methodologies and tools Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and software delivery lifecycles Experience with enterprise systems such as e-commerce platforms and CRM systems Proficiency with project and delivery tools like Jira and Microsoft Office suite
