A company is looking for a VP, Technology & Innovation to lead its technology strategy and innovation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's mission and growth objectives Oversee technology operations, including infrastructure, applications, security, and manage vendor relationships Identify and implement AI / automation opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency Required Qualifications 7-12 years of technology leadership experience in growth-stage companies Proven track record of implementing AI / automation that drove measurable business results Hands-on experience with system integrations and vendor management Experience in team development and growing junior talent into strong contributors Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
